Stuff were easy going and the hotel was brilliant, it had marvellous location in Belfast's Botanic area. The comfort triple room was well maintained and neat. It had an extremely comfy bed, a work desk, a multi-channel TV and a dining area.

The hotel offered great prices. Everything in the hotel was brand-new. the location was excellent, really close to the airport and various shops, eating places, bars, and cafes. It was an extra special experience. the staff members were all easygoing.

The staff was helpful and pretty friendly. Beautiful location next to a restaurant. The room was reasonably sized and tidy with a comfortable bed. Everything was brand-new.

I recently had a great stay at a charming hotel in the heart of Belfast's Botanic area. The location was fantastic, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that I felt welcomed throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed that provided a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the clean facilities and windows facing the back of the restaurant, which added a touch of tranquility.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find anything to fault.

The location of this hotel is perfect, right by Botanic Avenue. the staff here are easygoing and really friendly. - the room was fairly quiet and a good size, with an exceptionally comfortable bed.

I had a fantastic stay in this hidden gem on Botanic Avenue. The hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met. The location is superb, surrounded by plenty of shops, eateries, and bars. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and clean facilities. I also appreciated the complimentary water and crisps in the room, a lovely touch. The hotel's shared kitchen was a bonus, providing access to all the necessary utensils. a great find in the heart of Belfast's lively Botanic area.
All was ideal, nothing to improve.

The room was spotless and new-fashioned with shower facilities, a hairdryer and bath sheets in the private bathroom; the beds were extremely comfy, everything was brand-new.
